Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location is very convenient,close to Yongsan station and big malls. Many cafes and restaurants around the area, hence very convenient. Staff are quick to respond when requests are made. The luggage storage system is fantastic and hassle-free.

Negative: Housekeeping is inconsistent eg. no face towels on certain days, less bottles of water on certain days during our 6 nights of stay. There is no door to separate the bedroom and the toilet/shower/basin :( Moving trains can be heard in the room. The wait for the lifts is really long.
